Many software companies that offer services do so because products are too challenging to implement or the provider doesn't offer enough support to help customers be successful. 

 

We're not like the other guys.

 

For CloudCORO customers, our in-house services are available to assist with related "challenge spots" that would otherwise impact a customer's ability to get the full value from CloudCORO. 

For example, we can offer technical assistance to customers who need to make changes to existing processes, applications, environments, or documentation (e.g., API changes in an existing CRM solution to leverage a CCX solution). These services result in a fuller opportunity to leverage the CloudCORO Experience at the highest levels.
